I want to complain for the services provided by your company employees. Dm me for details or I will start to write reviews everywhere showing how “brilliant” company you are and your employees are. While selling apartment they said yes don’t worry everything will be settled. Now with awful walls and broken AC I should handle myself all the issues, because after they got their money all the empty promises came out and they started to ignore me. I was 7 months pregnant that time. Now my daughter is 2 months old and I am still spending time and energy to solve the issues they promised to settle. At the beginning while buying apartment they promised sooo much and I am not even asking for many things just proper handover which they failed, and now Amr is not responding and Karim is saying that he is only sales, and although he promised he can do nothing. Cool guys. Very cool and convenient to lie to pregnant woman and newborn kid. You all know how important is AC in Dubai, and all know how important is conditions of apartment for newborn child. Thank you for awful experience. Hope to never work with you again. 4 months is too much for settling two little issues. I even recommended them to my friend who bought second apartment and demanded zero comission for that. But still everything what I see is empty promises.
