I always want to visit saudi Germany hospital but because of my company low insurance I never been accepted.how ever I am in good company and got very good insurance which is accepted in this hospital but hospital and doctors didn’t meet my expectation. Not only 1 doctor I have been visited 3 doctor different specialist they all think how to take money from insurance I felt they don’t care about patients. I have repeated 1 blood test 2 times in 2 days with 2 different doctor. And when I said I have pain in my hand he wants me to send to ophthalmology to check my eyes to get more money from insurance. And gynecologist dr Dalia gave me her number and when I send msg she waited to pass 1 week to not visit with in a week and text me after 1 week to visit because it will be new visit and I have to pay money. Unexpected experience.

Ужасный госпиталь. Сдавали тут пцр тесты. Оплатили ускоренный тест. В итоге нам его прислали как обычный. Через 24 часа. Хотя оплатили в 2 раза больше. И сдавали 4 человека. Вышло дорого. Но нам надо было сделать быстро. Но нам не сделали!!!!! Причем это уже не в первый раз!!!! Не рекомендую

terrible service, incompetent staff. do not respect their patients and can afford to communicate rudely and generally ignore. we came to take the PCR test covid 19, they took the payment and ignored us, testing other patients who generally stood after us, and we had to stand and look at this unfair attitude. they do not react to the request to call the Administrator or the boss, instead, Mark Anthony approached who does not respect his clients at all and does not comply with ethics. do not recommend!

My first visit to this hospital has not gone very well. My cousin had a severe back pain and we were made to wait at least 30 minutes before we could even meet the doctor. Pharmacy was another 30 min.
