Secure your appointment for transfer. Otherwise, walk-in will never assure you if it will happen or not. Up to you if you want to wait from opening till their closing until someone accommodates you.

to get a good parking spot come early, wait until the DLD and RERA ofiices opens... otherwise leave your car somewhere else and walk.
