U don't have to stay in Hayatt to get here. Press 25 in the elevator and u're revolving. So does good food, decent wines and friendly staff. 365 degrees is an exaggeration, but 360 in 1,5 hour u get.

Dubai's only revolving restaurant. They have a good buffet, views are amazing, but you can see better during the day especially in the summer considering the city's smog. Book in advance.
