Firstly, its located in Deira so be prepared to get stuck in traffic for .... for long)) Secondly, it's a headache to reach that place, if u r going there for the first time u will know what I mean) . Nevertheless, I've been there for 3 times and the team there is super helpful and polite, quick in assisting. Big unfortunate is that for the home finance service, branch is only one in entire Dubai, if u r partially settling ur mortgage it's only the place u can do it, but if u want to settle it fully u can do it in any of the DIB branches. Hopefully it will be useful for those who are planning to go there for the first time, good luck))
