Sad. Having a 5 year experienced staff isn't enough it should show in the service. 1. If you are doing my hair I want you to give me suggestions or get my requirements done. 2. If you drop a comb you clean it before using it on my head. 2 times is a sign. 3. When handling long hair you don't put your hand inside and rub to dry it. I told him don't do it and use the comb he still continued and asked me before using the comb you want me to do it like this like if it's something new to him. 4. When you offer coffee and don't ask how much sugar and give almost a sugarless coffee that spoils the whole point of the offer. And when you report it and say no for a replacement that means you don't need it no point continuosly asking if you want another one and then saying "it's free what sir take it" try saying this dialogue before offering and see the response of the customer. 5.hair wash before haircut but not after wow awesome. I asked him if the service is over just in case . He said it's over. Great. M 6. I did tell the manager about this he said pls telle I will fix things after I was done talking . its bad what happened is not the answer I was expecting to hear. And a smiling receptionist is not somthing what was needed while I was speaking. 7. I have never seen a beard done so casually and lethargically. 8. To top it all off selling your product to me isn't the way to go. Anyways never gonna go back or would recommend people to visit the place. Note to the owner : This is what one employee can do to your saloon reputation. And idk why is this place is in the building where great market place like choithrams is there.
