Forget it! Medium cooked steak was cremated, almost charcoal. The Villa Maria Sauvignon (supermarket plonk, typically under £10 in the UK) will set you back £90 (460 AED). Little imagination or flair.

The 4 Salt Varieties are great, Spanish, Hawaiin Volcanic Salt, Balinese Rock Salt and French Salt. The Calamari starter is amaze-balls.
