We rested in this hotel with the whole family, there was an unpleasant aftertaste. The restaurant service is disgusting. Our package included breakfast and dinner, provided that we can change dinner for lunch. And it was included in the price. At the entrance to the restaurant, no one notified us that we needed to pay. Although before that they quietly changed dinner for lunch and everything was fine. They told us about the payment when we ate and the check came out at 975 AED. Why are there so many nuances in this institution? The hotel is 5 stars, but does not meet these criteria. Also on April 1, one family member had an anniversary (birthday). This was notified before the trip. On this day, the spouse warned the staff, who by the appointed time had to decorate the room with balloons, a postcard and a bottle of wine. As a result, nothing was decorated. The question is, why was there a promise? There was an unpleasant aftertaste not only from the hotel, but also the trip as a whole. I do not recommend this institution to visit. There are a lot of incomprehensible things, they do not explain anything, and when leaving, you need to pay extra for everything that was even included in the price. Very skillfully deceive people!
