I visited your establishment and would like to note that the service provided by the waitstaff was very pleasant — they were polite and attentive. However, I had a serious concern regarding the performance of the security team. I called the security guards several times but received no response. They only reacted after I injured my face, which is completely unacceptable. I come to your establishment to relax, not to end up injured. It also appears that the security guards show respect only to people they personally know, rather than to all guests equally. I kindly request that you review this incident and take appropriate measures to improve the responsiveness and professionalism of your security staff. All guests deserve equal attention and respect, especially when it comes to their safety. I will not return!!!!!!!!
