I took my phone to this shop and asked for the screen to be replaced. The next day they said the it would be ready for collection at 4pm, I arrived at 7pm and it was not ready. I waited 25 minutes. After that I received the phone with the screen in a plastic sheet with glue and tape, I was told this is necessary for the glue to dry. Obviously the phone was not ready. After arguing for some time they removed the plastic sheet and tape and gave me the phone.This was very confusing because a moment ago they told me that the glue needs to dry...... I charged the phone at home but it wouldnt work. After 30 seconds of screen lock the phone would turn off. I went back and they kept the phone for 2 hours totally refusing to accept any fault. I decided to go to another shop. The technician at this other shop told me that the screen had not been installed properly and there was a short circuit in the wiring for the screen connector and the charger input.
