I'm a Pakistani and the Philippine lady on counter number 7 she didn't treat me like a customer and she was showing me her bossy attitude. And i had 1k dollars need to exchan6and send it to Pakistan but because of her attitude and high nose i changed my mind to lulu exchange as there staff is polite and greeting u like professional. Onyx exchange should focus and teach to their staff behavior with the clients. U suppose to look ur staff attitude specially philipina lady on the counter number 7 on 23 September 2025 at 11:15 pm
