Very bad, they took 250 dirhams for a 12-hour PCR test, and the results were also mixed up and I had to fly another day. I had to go to another clinic at night and they did everything well. No more foot! And you wait a long time, they send here and there, zero service

Very bad costumer service.i am waiting for my covid test report.i missed a call from them after that i am trying to reach them and this is another day but still nobody is reachable.i even tried to call center so i can reach costumer service from muteena even its unreachable.only to know the report i am trying it from yesterday.they even have my number and email id isn't it more easier and appropriate to mail them my report????
