Today is October 1 , 2023 . I travel all over the emirates on a scooter. I booked this hotel 8 days ago, as I was satisfied with the availability of breakfast, the pool and the lack of information that the scooter cannot be brought into the room. Before booking, I got acquainted with the rules of accommodation, as I had to charge the scooter in the room or in the hotel parking lot. Arrived, settled in room 502. The pool IS CLOSED!!! there's a repair! there was no information that the pool was closed on the site . I asked to provide an outlet for charging the scooter-They refused!!! although the scooters of the hotel staff are charging . And there was a free outlet nearby . I have been to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai (Crovn plaza Hotel *****) and all hotels were treated with respect! Except this hotel!!! I do not recommend this hotel!!!
