Сіздер қазақ болсаңыздар сіздерге грубить етіп сөйлейді, ал орыстарға өте вежливо сөйлейді. Сондықтан келуге не стоит. Біздің жан жағымыздағы орыстардың бәріне жақсы отношения болды, ал бізге өте нашар, хотя біз барлығына қызығып сөйлесіп жүрдік!!! Attention!!!!! 2.000 Euro paid in May and received no goods until today! Bei Stadtrundfahrt mit Big xtra (über Sonnenklar.tv) ins Geschäft geführt (Besuch eines Juweliers war in Stadtrundfahrt nicht angegeben!). Hier verdient sich die Reiseleitung wohl etwas dazu! Im Geschäft wurden wir mit massivem Druck zum Kauf gedrängt, Ware sollte nach Deutschland geliefert werden. Im Vertrauen, dass man von Sonnenklar in ein seriöses Geschäft geführt wird, haben wir uns zum Kauf überreden lassen. Bis heute haben wir trotz unserer Anzahlung und mehrerer fest zugesagter Liefertermine keine Ware erhalten! Lasst die Finger davon!!!!!!!!!!!!! On a city tour, we were led into this shop. In the shop we were pushed with massive pressure to purchase, goods should be delivered to Germany. Trusting that we will be led by Sonnenklar into a serious shop, we have persuaded us to buy. Until today we have received no goods! They just keep our deposit! Several firmly promised delivery dates were not met! Keep your fingers away!!!!!!!!!!!!
