29/05/2025 ❌ I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS PLACE ❌ I was going to have an operation in this clinic - hair transplantation to eyebrows. The girl doctor (Ms. Dunia Baghirova) asked to send her a deposit money to her personal bank account, the clinic did not provide any receipts or a contract. When I arrived at the clinic, the girl Dunia, who called herself a doctor, was late for 3 hours with the previous client and they told me that they would not be able to operate on me. As compensation, this same girl gave me vitamin injections in the head - she did not show the bottle of the drug, the injection sites were not disinfected, she always held a dirty phone in her hands. They suggested rescheduling the operation for another day (not a small procedure, but an operation under local anesthesia). While I was waiting for the scheduled day of the operation, I found out through government agencies that this girl is a tourist in the UAE, she does not have a local medical license, she is not even a resident of the UAE and she is not employed at Samaa Medical Clinic. But the biggest shock is that in Russia, where she lives and operates most of the time, she also does not have a license there, because this girl does not officially have any medical education. All audio and video evidence of my visit to this clinic and the illegal activities of this girl at Samaa Medical Clinic have been collected. The clinic itself is lying, and the management is ignoring what is happening. An official complaint has been filed with the Dubai Health Authority.

This is the worst clinic I have encountered in Dubai. I would not recommend it to anyone. No one responds to complaints—I have been following up for almost three months with no proper reply. Their only excuse is that the management has changed, and they keep telling me to contact someone from the old management instead of resolving the issue.
