All Aboard the Flavorful Journey: Malabar Express Restaurant.. A unique dining experience with its charming Indian train-themed decor. Recently, I had the pleasure of trying their Chicken Biryani, and it was a delightful surprise. The ambiance of the restaurant immediately catches your attention with its train-inspired designs, adding a touch of nostalgia to the dining experience. It's a cozy and inviting setting perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family. The Chicken Biryani was truly a standout dish. It provided a different taste experience compared to other biryanis I've had. What amazed me the most was the perfect balance of flavors without feeling overly greasy. One notable aspect was the effect on my energy levels after the meal. Despite the richness of the dish, I didn't experience any post-meal fatigue or drowsiness. The portion size was generous, and the quantity of oil used was just right, leaving me feeling satisfied and energetic. Observing other diners around us enjoying their meals only added to our anticipation to explore more of the menu options next time. The variety of dishes being served looked enticing, and we've already made plans to return for another culinary adventure. Aside from the exceptional food, the customer service at Malabar Express was exemplary. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and ensured that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of.
