Do NOT use it if you are looking for good service. Again DO NOT use it. They are just a broker to external uncertified companies!! A little help if you struggle to find their mysterious hidden call center ( which they hide intentionally) : support number: 8005667 I don’t think they will help, but maybe it will help someone one day. My case: This is the worst app support and operation ever in Dubai. I don’t recommend you using them. I had an AC service from them, when the technicians came the starting asking for extra money for equipment that was 10 times above the actual price. Of course there was no way of contacting just life as their app doesn’t have any way to call them . 2 weeks later ( their guaranteed service for one month) was again facility and same issue again. This is when I crawled the web searching for their number and chat till I found it. Now it is the 5th day, after daily promises that they will come, they didn’t , they don’t even provide solution, they don’t answer email or phone probably, their support is just a call center that is outsourced and doesn’t actually do a thing. And the don’t care about their client. Deleting the app now and for ever
