I have been to this garage and my first point of contact was Ms Dianne, who I should say was fantastic in her approach, clarity in what she communicate and once the diagnosis was made, the options were straight to the point and up to the customer to choose. The mechanic Romer was also very experienced handling American trucks in KSA and they took care of my car. that was 2018. This year 2 weeks back I went back for a small job and it was very well handled. I'd recommend this garage. Best, Shiva

They were very prompt with their quotation and the service overall. This was my first experience and I’m very happy with the servicing of my car. BEWARE, DAMAGES and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1- they outsource most of the service and have no quality control what so ever and time to deliver the car is never what they promise because it’s out of their hands 2- I gave my car for detailing, tires replacement and an engine issue repair which resulted in an engine replacement that wasn’t done properly nor in time (2 months) with a 30+k bill and they ended up damaging my Bluetooth and media module - A common mistake made when taken of the seats of a vehicle improperly and it damages the module through a short circuit caused by yanking the RJ cable. 3- they lost my registration and dented my car All of this above came with no acknowledgement not even an apology nor any sort of resolution to the issue except offering me 50 dirhams for the lost registration. After I got the car many issues developed with no response nor responsibility taken from this company I had my car standing there just now for 2 weeks and they responded with a bill to repair what THEY have damaged Final response: do what ever you want, courts are there!!! So if you want to take your car and pay lots of money and get it worst whilst wasting heeps of time go here! P.S. I gave them the same car to repair the glass they wanted to charge me 4500 for a 900AED repair (I just went to the shop they are fixing it at) At the time of writing this review I told them I’ll leave a bad review. The response was (go we will show invoices responding to your post) showing Engine repair is not related to the damage you are claiming while detailing is what caused it. Service: 0 Customer service: 0 Rudeness: 100% Value: negative

Highly recommended! TMAC! We go there all the time, very honest, friendly and great quality service. When we got in a car accident, everyone wanted to overcharge us to fix the broken front axel (2,500د.إ and up), this guy fixed it for 500د.إ Also, when we bought a new car and went to the dealership to get the car checked, they told us our brakes are so bad we shouldn't even drive off the lot but our gut feeling told us to go to the THE AUTO MECHANIC CENTER to get a second opinion and they told us our brakes are fine and we still have 75% left on them. For as long as this shop is around, we will not go anywhere else. FANTASTIC PLACE if you're looking for honesty and for someone to take great care of your car.
