I worked with this company for around 5 years (onsite & Remote) and initially had high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience was affected by delayed salary payments, salary cuts, and reduced leave days without proper notice. The team is very small (1-6 people), with no dedicated testing team, forcing developers to handle tasks beyond their roles. The lack of planning often led to repetitive work, creating a frustrating environment. My last two month’s salary was not paid, and overall, I would not recommend joining this organization, especially for remote roles, due to these issues. I share this experience to help others make an informed decision and hope the company improves its processes for future employees.
