We have visited this place three times, and overall it is a very nice venue with great horses and a calm atmosphere. My 7-year-old son really enjoys coming here, and during our previous visits we had excellent instructors and positive experiences. However, our last visit was very disappointing. The instructor (a young man, unfortunately I don’t remember his name) approached me halfway through the session and said that my son was scared and not following instructions, suggesting that we find another instructor. I explained that my son is only 7 years old and this was just his third lesson, so some fear and hesitation are completely normal, and this is exactly why we come for training. Despite this, without my request or consent, the instructor simply stopped the session before the paid time was completed, took the horse back to the stable, and ended the lesson altogether. This was very upsetting, especially for my child. It felt unprofessional and unfair, as no effort was made to continue working with him or help him adapt. The place itself is good, but this kind of attitude from one instructor completely ruins the experience. Unfortunately, after this, we no longer feel like coming back.
