New Gradings Al Madina Restaurant is a trusted and popular restaurant. I am a regular customer of this restaurant. Last Monday at 1:45 pm I contacted them via WhatsApp to order food. After giving 2 replies regarding the availability of food and prices as per the demand, 7 messages were not answered. Along with this, I gave 5 calls on WhatsApp. Every message was seen on time but the food or the answer has not come till date. Which is not desirable from such a famous restaurant. In this case, the online operator of the restaurant should take responsibility. Due to his negligence, the restaurant's reputation is being tarnished.
