The manager is as useless as bank itself. Ratings 1.3 are really high for this bank. All employees I was dealing with are really helpless and can only send useless emails instead of fixing issues. My account was opened 14th of April and till today I still got no plastic card!!! They keep saying some BS and no one can track where it is. Today I wasted my time again by coming to this branch and speaking with so called manager. Who cannot do anything other than telling my card wasn’t delivered! What a surprise, that was exactly what you expect from the manager. Unfortunately, it’s typical for all banks in UAE.
