IT WAS LITERALLY THE WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! I have nothing against the staff named Kath/Cath but I will talk about the service. She doesn't know how to do proper massage at all! It was painful and I was not relaxed at all during the whole 1 hour of the service. I have gone for different massage experiences but this was the first time that it really hurt! For some reason which I don't know why, she seem to apply pressure on the wrong areas of your body. It hurts because she seem to be applying HARD PRESSURE on boney areas. To be specific, she did long gliding movements by my back part hitting the ribs which was painful and uncomfortable, for my arms she applies pressure by the inner arm in the ulna area applying pressure by that bone area as well, for the legs, she focused on my fibula area, applying hard gliding pressure in that section which hurt because all these mentioned areas, she was applying pressure on the bones! When it was time to massage my head, it's also the first time that someone applied so much oil in her palms and literally wet your hair with oil! like my bangs was full of oil as if it swam in it! The head part she didn't massage the full head rather focused on the top part of my forehead which was painful because she seem to apply so much pressure, then moved to the top of my forehead on the sides with no pressure at all, not even hitting the temple or any pressure points. And I had to stop her when it came to the part where she started pulling and twirling my hair like as if in a curling motion like it was so weird! No one ever does massage like that! She even had the audacity and answer back and say "it is part of the massage". I was seriously in disbelief. Also, as a masseuse, her nails are long. When she glides her fingers, her nails scrapes my skin, which further add discomfort to the already painful experience.
