not a good experience at Toyota Al Badia Service Center Dubai UAE. No one takes serious action - we were recommended costly services and promised to resolved our car issues. But after the service I had it returned twice and they could not see the problem.. after I recorded with video and tested drive only then they were able to identify the cause of the problem and was again asked for additional costs which should have been prioritised had the cause of the issue been identified early on.. advisor who also was responsible of handling our account was dismissive and unprofessional. When I met him to his office to discuss my concerns, he immediately started defending himself, as if aware that unnecessary replacements had been recommended. He did not allow me to explain my side, repeatedly cutting me off while I was speaking. I raised a formal complaint on their website/whatsapp channels and was told to expect a resolution within 48 hours, but nothing happened. Even today-3 days after raising the complaint-I spent the entire day following up advised to email and I did, only to be repeatedly told to expect for a call that never came. Now that it's the weekend, I'm expected to wait several more days again for any response. This has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating for a customer who trusted Al Futtaim Toyota with their vehicle. I hope this message reaches the right person, as l've lost confidence that this matter is being handled seriously by anyone from their customer service team.
