One of the worst experiences and shocking honestly. I received an offer on the what's app from the saloon, and the offer is 200 aed for Keratin treatment only. It does not mention it will be a treatment without having the AC on. Imagine doing a Keratin treatment for 3 hours in a temprature of 45 degrees, no ac, no fan and the door of the saloon opened bringing in more heat. When we asked politely the owner she was so arrogant and said that keratin ruins her ac filter (what about all other saloons or they don't have filter) and refused to switch on the ac. Bear in mind that I have nose allergy which made things worse. When other clients complained she pointed at us saying its because they are doing keratin, so as soon as they leave we will put it on. Theere was not even an apology at the time of leaving.
