I’ve been visiting the KFC outlet at Al Khail Gate Community, Al Quoz regularly, and I’m disappointed to note that the washroom basin tap has been non-functional for over a year. Despite the long duration, no maintenance or repair has been carried out. This shows a lack of hygiene standards and negligence in customer care, especially for a brand like KFC which is expected to maintain cleanliness and basic facilities. I kindly request the management to take immediate action to fix this issue and ensure proper upkeep of the outlet facilities.

KFC is the best fried chicken joint ever all over the glob. This branch also serves the same taste. Open till late night and as in the middle of the community, it’s quite busy always. As they prepare fresh and moves fast, you get hot and crispy chickens all time.
