It was my worst experience in Dubai , I did gelid manicure there , I got 2 of my fingers bleeding plus the manicure chipped off after 4 days, so I came to the salon to fix it , the owner said she can fix for free their mistake in the first 3 days but after 4 days I have to pay 50 per cent . Ok , I paid and agreed to re do it . I spent my money and one hour of my time again. I walked out of the salon and driving in the car I noticed that lol the new gel polish is in bubbles! I went back , the owner just said she will re do it , no apologies, she turned her back to me and started talking to the other customer instead. So the manicure lady did it for the third tone in one week , however myh nails became to thin that I came home with one broken nail. I don’t know how else to describe my experience and the level of my disappointment, I hope I will find Dubai government authority tomorrow which deals with customer complaints of this kind , because you cannot charge money and make your customers suffer
