We visited Dubai in the month of Feb 2023, and our Travel company has tied up with EVA for all DUBAI Transfers & Tickets. We are not at all satisfied with the services of EVA Butterfly. Very unprofessional and rude Managers & Drivers they have employed who will never listen to you. Some of the common and main issues with this company I am mentioning in brief below. 1. Drivers forcing to come early or hurrying in almost every sightseeing's places, you won't be given enough time to enjoy. 2. Driver's & Vehicle changing everyday and the new driver will not be having complete knowledge of your personal package and inclusions and getting confused with multiple guests leading to delay due to confirming again and again from backend team. 3. The on ground managers assigned to you in Dubai are too rigid and give lame excuses if they aren't able to fulfill what was promised to you by your actual Travel agent. You won't get any support anywhere due to their strict work culture. 4. The categories and sightseeing's places will be modified / cancelled / degraded as per their convenience and some excuse will be given to you which won't justify their claim. 5. Rigid deadlines given on almost everyday in every place by the driver who are not ready to listen to you at all. You either come on time or come at your own is what is being said to all tourists. 6. I have lot of points to share my horrible experience with this company, its just the word limit constraint here, feel free to ping me for more detailed info with examples. I just don't want others to spoil their international trip like we did. Trust me if you are planning for a Dubai holiday then ask / confirm from your local travel agent whether they are tied up with EVA Butterfly in Dubai for transfers, tickets or Local Sightseeing, then deny the package because you will save yourself from a horrific experience and cost cutting everywhere. I had lot of other tourists and couples.
