They are BIG LIARS - please save yourselves from these fake people if you don't want to ruin your events. I made the biggest mistake and planned my wedding event with them and it turned out to be the biggest horror of my life that i can never erase from my memory. The wedding was delayed by 2 hours because of them and we had to forcibly start the event with only 10% décor and arrangements. No one from the event management answered my calls and messages. WALEED, SAMER, IMRAN they all are liars and fake people with fake promises. We were forced to wrap up the event in 3 hours and had to skip few of our traditional ceremonies because of embarrassment. The stage, table decor, lightning, table clothes, flowers everything is the lowest quality which would have been reused in many many events. They demanded and took extra money for real flowers which were not delivered, forget real flowers, they did not deliver artificial flowers. The entire venue was empty with their workers running around amongst the guests. There are almost 50 details i can list out which were promised and i never saw any of them on the event - the main things were no décor on mainstage (when the bride and groom entered, there were 3 workers on the main stage with a ladder trying to assemble the stage, the stage pillars were on the floor), empty tables with no centerpieces, no real flowers, no candles, no plating - just plain blank tables with the cheapest table cloth on them, fake flowers and decoration of the cheapest quality, fake candles - everything was fake just like their promises and big fake stories. Their Instagram has 50k + followers which are all fake as none of their photos get even 200 likes. Even the google reviews where they have got good ratings are fake and done by their employees and team members. I have so many photos and videos of the event as proof of their fake promises and cheap work. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR EVENT - THEY WILL MAKE YOU CRY.

They promise with a lot but eventually do nothing! Waleed promised so many things and delivered nothing and even on event day he was not present at the time decoration started, to manage everything. My husband (the groom) had to manage their team and tell them how to setup at the day of the event. My wedding was at Hilton, Ras Al Khaimah on 1st of Feb. It was supposed to be a sundowner event, to start from 3PM. These people reached around 12Noon. We thought they would finish by the time event starts as they promised. Even until 4PM they didn't setup the the stage. The walkway for bride's entry had no flowers. We, bride and groom, entered with hardly any venue decoration, no stage decoration, no arch, no entrance mirror, no welcome signage, no centrepieces on the tables etc. The event had to shift by 2 hrs because of them. And because of this sunlight was gone by that time. They were decorating the venue in front of all the guests, their workers were on the stage and everywhere else which all guests noticed. All the payments were done in advance, the plans were made clear to all the team members, management and owner way ahead of time and we didn't even negotiate. We paid extra 8000 AED for real flowers centrepieces (as they were providing all fake flowers everywhere that too cheap quality). We had no option left and we had to enter the venue. Around 5PM as well, they were preparing centerpieces inside the venue in front of the guests. WHILE BRIDE AND GROOM WERE WITH THE GUESTS, THEY WERE DECORATING THE VENUE AND STAGE. TILL THEN IT WAS NIGHT AND THAT DECOR WAS NOT VISIBLE.
