I gave clothes to this laundry. the first time everything went well, the second time they lost the hoodie. the employee did not solve the problem in any way, but was only upset that this happened. there was no time to call the police for stealing things. this company works without documents, does not make a check, does not issue forms. don't send clothes here

The faux fur hoodie was completely burned. They just ironed it or something like that. It’s still silky and nice from inside and stuck pile outside. They told me it’s because it was hanging under plastic 3 days🤦🏼♀️
