I wouldn’t give even 1 star to this company. Before they used to be decent. Now is all gone down. They came to deliver the package and they said they accept only cash. That’s not true as I have used their service many times and I have the bank statement proving that I was using the POS with them. They even lied to the seller that I refused to pay. Not true as well. I requested them to come with a POS to complete the payment as in UAE is rare to use cash. One of their staff promised to send another delivery guy to process the payment and never happened. I have 3 days running after them to deliver my package and they don’t deliver it. Every day I have to deal in a call with different staff of them, repeating the same things over and over again. Some of them rude as well. Avoid this company as much as you can. I have reported them already in Dubai Customer Rights entities as well.

i have been ordered to one shop and this is the courier. NO CALLS, NO UPDATE, NOTHING AT ALL! it really took long time and no care at all about their scheduled shipments! 👎👎👎👎 to all the shops, don't use their service or else, you will lose your customers' trust! NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL!
