I provided my insurance details before the appointment, and I was assured everything was fine and that I could be accepted under my insurance. I came with a fever all the way from JVC by taxi, only to be told on the spot that my insurance is not accepted. Is this some kind of joke? Why did I bother sending all the documents in advance then? Terrible service — you can draw your own conclusions.
