My child ruined the curtains a little bit, the problem which was reacted to quite tolerantly. I was afraid I might be fined for property damage, but everything was alright. I paid the fine, of course, but the fine was quite affodable. The apartment itself was great, with a stunning view, all amenities and entertainment were within an easy reach.

Много предложений по аренде недвижимости, смогли подобрать по своим запросам оптимальный вариант. Бронирование прошло быстро, заселение тоже, понравилось что консьерж было русскоговорящий, так что не пришлось вспоминать английский)

Обычно всегда бронирую отель во время приезда в Дубай, но в этот раз друзья порекомендовали снять апартаменты. Снимал на месяц, получилось даже чуть выгоднее чем отель. По наполнению все хорошо, все, что необходимо, было. Классно, что есть стиральная машинка, а то в отелях эта вечная проблема стирки руками или "ладно, приеду домой постираю" (не всегда охото прям химчистку в отеле брать ради пары футболок). Я доволен)

We found an apartment in an excellent location and for an affordable price. We stayed for a whole month without any problems and paid the entire amount at once. We don’t have any serious complaints, but there was a problem with the air conditioning, we contacted the concierge who helped contact the support service and the staff responded very quickly. The repairman came and fixed it.

I stay with one of the apartment and totally enjoy everyday of it. From the moment that its Offer to me by One of thier Agent Rafael, even i never been viewed the unit since im still out of the country by then, i was surprise to the unit and exceeds my expecation when i totally see it and check in accordingly. Thank you so much. I recommend to hand over the unit same in order for them to give the security deposit on time. Note, Please take care of the units since its your home for a months.

Worst real estate agency and agents in Dubai. Extremely unprofessional, they tell you one thing, then surprise you with opposite last minute, and very rude. I rented a studio in Samia Azizi from them back in July, and I wish I didn't... Apartment was not clean. Urine spots in the toilet. Internet gets disconnected without a notice for a day or two. They fooled me on the price without a notice. Bottom line: don't deal with them.. There's way better and professional agents who respect and appreciate the customer. I hope my review helps and prevents you from getting conned by them.
