When I contacted the Dubai branch, they connected me to the Musaffah branch and one Indian guy replied and asked to wait for 30 minutes. However, they never reverted and subsequently stopped answering my calls on the landline. Left with no other option, I had to hire a car and travel a long distance to visit the Musaffah branch in person. To my shock and disappointment, I was informed that no paperwork or claim had been submitted or processed, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue over the past month. This entire ordeal has caused me significant stress, inconvenience, and unnecessary expenses. What should have been a simple 5-minute process at any other branch turned into a month-long nightmare due to the negligence and unprofessionalism of the Musaffah branch staff. I am deeply concerned about the lack of accountability and the possibility of systemic issues within this branch, which may affect other customers as well. I urge the company to investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate action against the responsible staff, and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.Read more

Employees in this office of Fujairah are very unfairly. We rented a car from this office in January 2024 for 5 days period. The deposit of 2,500 dirhams was promised to be returned within 30–45 calendar days. In fact, on March 27, 2024, the deposit is not returned, they do not make contact, they rarely send messages with no useful information. Their standard answer: under process! They also lie about the supposed money being sent. We will contact the police with a claim. And we strongly don’t recommend this rental company named Autostrad!!Read more

Хорошая фирма для аренды авто в ОАЭ лично, без бронирования на сайтах и т.п. манипуляций. Нашел на карте 2гис, пришел с утра и через минут 20 уже уехал на авто. Машина попалась новая, с пробегом всего 4700 км. Брали на трое суток. Цена чуть выше чем через популярные сайты. Но подобные сайты не охватывают Фуджейру, только Дубай и Абу Даби. Но зато нет лимита на пробег и залог меньше чем в других фирмах. У меня заблокировали только 1000 дирхам. После возврата обещали разблокировать деньги на следующий день, но с оговоркой что могут затянуть до месяца, это уже зависит от банков. Дня через 4 позвонил в свой банк и попросил разблокировать деньги, через 10 минут деньги стали доступны. Еще через неделю эта фирма списала с моей карты 10,5 дирхам, я понял что это за проезд по платным дорогам. Но тут все честно, это тоже оговаривалось. По русски не говорят, но все договора и объяснения на английском. Фирму однозначно рекомендую именно в Фуджейре, так как в других эмиратах могут быть более выгодные варианты.Read more
