ARZ Movers just finished our move and it was as efficient and professional as it could be! Ahmed, and Asghar were absolutely amazing. We were doing a three stop move--my partner's apartment, mine (up one flight of stairs), and then our new spot (up two flights of stairs). I had never worked with movers before and really hate moving, period.... But this alleviated a lot of the difficulty. Even though it must have been exhausting to move the contents of two homes up to a third story apartment, they were super nice as well as consistent in their pace! From start to finish it was a smooth experience with no hiccups. Ahmed quoted me with a pretty accurate estimate when I called, and answered all my questions about what to expect. Initially I did balk at the cost (because phew, and I've never hired movers before) but honestly I feel it was absolutely worth it to save us from the most difficult part of moving--and because this truly is intensive, difficult labor that deserves to be compensated adequately. Thank you again Ahmed, and Asghar! Thanks to these three, I would 100% call ARZ Movers again for any future moves

Arz Movers is a great company to work with. The real way to judge it is how they respond when things do not go right or according to plan. I will not go into too much detail (mostly because it's more specific to my move), but there were issues that arose. Nothing serious, mostly timing and route. Overall, I just chalked it up as a learning experience and moved on (no pun intended). But they called and asked how the move went. I spoke to Ahmad (who was amazing throughout the whole process). Just a good person to deal with when you have to plan a stressful event like a move. I told him the issues and said I wasn't going to give a bad review because we all have our bad days. He said he would pass it on and assured me the movers were not going to get in trouble (again, it was nothing major or significant). Thirty minutes later, the general manager texted me and was great about getting my feedback. I felt much better. It's a stressful time for everyone and Covid sucks. I was very appreciative the GM took time to solicit feedback and was gracious even if it wasn't positive. I did not plan on writing a review let alone a five star one, but I would definitely do business with Arz movers again. Sometimes it just takes someone to acknowledge your frustrations and be kind about it. Ask for Ahmad if you're doing a Big move. Stay healthy.

From getting a quote to finishing the move everything was so simple and stress free! Asghar and Ajmal were incredible and take pride in their work. They gave us a call 45 minutes before arriving. The truck was HUGE and totally accommodated what we had. They wrapped our belonging with care and didn't rush anything. Wardrobe boxes were provided for our closets and other random items needing to be packed. They made sure we were relaxed and enjoyed the day. They worked HARD and never showed their exhaustion. We are so grateful for them and how simple today was. Their quote was spot on and there were no hidden charges or fees. Definitely recommend them for you move big or small.

Quick and easy Moving & Relocation The idea of moving makes me wants to crawl back into bed and cancel the whole thing. I'm so thankful that I called Arz Movers by chance to get a quote. From the first phone call I knew this move was going to be different. For the first time in my life I was able to relax during the insane process of moving all the belongings in one house to another house. The folks from Arz Movers were professional, polite, and worked at a pace I was very happy with. I felt like my belongings were in good hands, and they were. So happy that I hired ARZ Movers! I requested an estimate and they were super fast in getting back to me and following up with questions I had. The cost to move from a house to an apartment was very affordable. The movers showed up on time, went over the cost l, were respectful of my furniture and everything was wrapped extremely well. They were done with my move in 5 hours, and everything was cleaned up well. The cost was explained well beforehand, and when they were done there were no "hidden charges" like another moving company I had previously used. I was even given a note from the company owner, Ahmed, explaining if there is anything I notice afterwards that is a concern, to reach out to him. Wow! That is customer service! I can't recommend ARZ Movers enough. 5 stars! Hire ARZ Movers with confidence that they will be on time, work efficiently and be respectful of your property.
