I visited your store last weekend with the intention of buying at least 10 perfumes worth around 150K AED. However, I was very disappointed and frustrated by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the sales staff. They ignored my inquiries, made sarcastic remarks, and tried to pressure me into buying products that I did not want. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I suggest that you train your staff on how to deal with customers respectfully and courteously. Otherwise, you will lose more potential customers like me.
