Very wroste and bad customer service I went yesterday and when I entered the shop then not good greeting they direct ask very rude there is a guy like beard and wear the glass and then ask what you need like shouting for a while I shocked what kind of service they giving to customers I ask may I check the laptop they after I checked there then there have a lot of different laptop then I ask how much do u have price may I know the price then very rudely he said 1800aed I said have another price. He said no only 1800aed even I saw there have a lot of different specific and different company laptop then he said no have only 1800aed it’s mean they don’t want to sell very bad customer service I don’t want to suggest to anyone and the owner I suggest you please bring your good staff for good service 👎 for my side rating 0.0 even not 1..

The worst mobile shop in Dubai just opposite Baniyas square metro station, with unprofessional rude staffs who always insult customers in Hindi and Urdu unfortunately they insulted a customer and the customer was getting what they were saying but they didn’t know, they don’t care or pay attention to customers only talking unnecessarily and laughing, customers service there is minus Zero, regretting ever stepping my feet in that shop, most customers complain about their mannerless customers service while I was there, staffs have no experience in dealing with customers
