Dear Quiqup Management, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mohy Eldin Hassan, and I would like to file a complaint regarding a very poor experience with your delivery service today. I placed an order (#30982) through Runners, but unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with the delivery driver. Initially, the driver refused to come to my location despite the clear address and insisted that I go to his location to pick up the order. When I asked him to fulfill his duty, he explicitly stated, "If you don’t come to this location, I will leave and turn off my phone." He then proceeded to disconnect the call and delayed the delivery unnecessarily. After my insistence, he eventually arrived but was extremely late and offered no apology or valid explanation. I would like to highlight that I have worked in the delivery field for many years and fully understand the standards of good service. My core principles were always customer satisfaction first, on-time delivery, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, the service I received today from your driver was the worst I have ever encountered and does not reflect any level of professionalism. I urge you to take the necessary actions to improve your service and hold this driver accountable, as such experiences negatively impact your company's reputation.
