Very disappointing experience despite very high cost! I visited an orthopedic 3 weeks ago and they told me they would call me upon insurance approval. I called 3-4 times call center (as no direct number was given) every week and followed up , every call center person told me they would check and get back to me, still no one called me back. There is even a reference number in system for complaint and still no one got back to me. All I've been asking for was an update on status. Firstly, call center for hospital? really? People with health issue would rather calling a direct line number than spending long time calling through call center, waiting and eventually no success.
