Christmas eve 2024, we had 25 people invited to dinner. They delivered 6 out of 11 items, they didn't know where our food was, found it 2 hours later taking 0 responsibility for their mistake and blaming it on everyone but themselves. 2 hours later, they offered to rectify the situation by redelivering cold food that was sitting in someone else's house for 2 hours. The food that did arrive was average at best, with below average presentation. We had to rectify the situation by ordering through deliveroo, which was the food that our guests ended up actually eating. When we confronted huda the owner and explained how missing half the order ruined our dinner and is completely unacceptable, we were told "this is a mistake that happens in this industry, and if you would have allowed us we would have redelivered the food". Don't use this horrible business, unless you want your food 2 hours late, cold, and off someone else's dinner table. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
