After bad experience with this Scamming garage by not performing the major maintenance for 50%and changing the whole line!!! The car broke down due to other malfunctions they had created and tried to hide! Extremely bad experience with Quick fit auto Al quoz.! There is no choice of zero star or minus stars here otherwise I would have opted that. Though I have a a service contract with them, there was a work to be done to my car for suspension lower arm, cut bush, engine mount and break pads. Quick fit quoted me the price of spare parts which was 70% higher than the normal original parts price in the market so I told them to buy spare parts on my own and only service is to be done. After long argument he agreed to do that and after the service work; my car steering wheel was very hard to drive. When I called and checked with quickfit, they said it's new suspension so it will become softer after few days. And what a surprise got to me is both front tyres are fully gone within a month which were placed just 8 months back and not even I drove my car to 20K km. When I checked my car to another garage, they showed me the report attached which says the wheels were never aligned.! The difference of toe was more than 10 mm. When I showed this to Quick fit, they denied to accept this. I recommend to check everything twice, thrice when you do service with Quick fit or simply avoid to do with Quick fit if you have other choice! Thanks

If I have the chance to give less than 1 star, I will rate it. I bought a second hand fiat 500 and I found this place to service before registration then we had to fix multiple issues. After 2 weeks the car stopped suddenly after I did a car wash and it was identified as fuel pump issue and Quick fit eng said we have to replace it, and after we agreed on the quotation he completed the job. On the day of pickup they informed me they had issue with the test drive and they need to change the fuel pump because it is not working properly. In few days they requested to deliver the car to my place and I received the car when I tested the car it showed fuel empty on the screen and when I refilled it it was the same, so I gave it a chance to the second day and I had to inform the eng at quick fit auto about the fuel sendor issue nut he did not take an action. After few days the car stopped again and I parked it for like 10 days and yesterday I called a recovery carage to check it. After checking we found the fuel pump not working and the one installed looks very old like a used pump was installed by quick fit and it was obvious why the sensor was not working. It is like a scam place they cheated and charged me for brand new pump while they installed old barely working pump. They wasted my precious I will attach fotos for reference and you tell if any of the pumps is brand new. I couldn't believe there is a place doing that type of cheating in Dubai.

Have no words to describe poor and careless services provided by Quick Fit and his management especially for the first time customer who have hand over cat to them with full trust and got charged for it pretty good. They are the fastest in providing you with quotations and estimations but for the same you will get falt services and no response or responsibility for the job done!!!After they fixed my car and handover it to me unwashed and without any warranty provided for spare parts that they have changed I faced so many issues starting with brake pads which they changed, sign again showing that something is wrong with car...Whole time they were assuring me that nothing is wrong with my car, brake pads they were fixing 2 times until there was no sound and the car stoped bouncing...After a while my car stopped again and they have taken it to check again ..This time they said it was wire issue which they fixed...until now my car still showing sign that something is wrong with the car and as per their management which was very rude, impolite and acting like this is not their problem as they have done their job and no warranty can be provided for any spare parts which means no guarantee for the job paid to them more thank 8k!!! This is how Quick Fit Car shop treat and prioritize their customers, obviously the main priority for them is their profit and not the customer....For me it will not end here but would like to warn all future customers to be very cautious when dealing with them as they are unprofessional team with falt services provided👎👎👎👎👎
