Very dishonest company they will not return your deposit and have a bad track record based on this issue. I have been waiting for over 2 months for them to return my deposit going back and forth. Stay away for your own sanity there are many reliable and professional companies in Dubai who are honest. Do not give these crooks your money.

Awful service, one headlight did not work, they promised to fix it the next day, but within twelve days they did not do it. Won't return full deposit, won't send proof of refund. Absolutely problematic company, stay away.

Arizona Rent a Car has a terrible reputation of NOT REFUNDING the deposit. Not recommended, especially if you are a tourist no way that you get your refund. They also create fake issues on the car and claim the insurance.

My feedback in 2 words: Never Again! Cons: - 2-3 months security deposit refund time (if you are lucky enough to get it back) - delivery time: never on time. Moreover during my second rental attempt car was not delivered at all within 3 hours of waiting, so I canceled the booking - unacceptable requirement to give them original passport while you drive any car from their fleet Pros: - the only positive thing is wide car selection range
