It’s disappointing to share this experience with Fitwell Metal Industry and their representatives, Gebin and Bertie. They hired a UAE-based presentation design service for a project that included a 3D model. Our team worked extremely hard to complete this urgent task, even agreeing to deliver it for half the payment upfront, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. Unfortunately, after receiving the files, the company stopped responding to calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. It’s disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity. An amount of $1,000 is still pending from their side. We are sharing this review to raise awareness and ensure others don’t face similar issues. Further actions will be taken on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
