One girl working there , she was seating on second table(right corner) … she was very rude with me, were nerves and keep me waiting , instead of sharing internet and help me with download the Du app, she asked me to connect WiFi from the mall 🤣, I did connect and then I wait 30 min to download , then I asked to other clients to share internet so I can download the du app , and purchase my package …. She kept me waiting a lot , not helpful at all , then she accept other client instead of help me with downloading. Luckily Arabic consultant got free , so I came to him and he helps me to fix it ! She is maybe tired from working you don’t like your job , better leave it then !. Also was Telling me with rude way “ don’t move my table “, I move it cause in her working table there is no space to seat , but she can’t talk like this with clients ! Very rude ! It was yesterday !(02/12)
