PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS PEOPLE! they will show you houses and not tell you anything about it and when you ask questions the don’t say the truth. I went to see one house wich I paid for 1 year ahead. The day I moved they give me the key of wrong house, saying that if I want the correct house I need to wait 2-3 weeks! I stayed in the wrong one as I didn’t had choice! To move everything again. No one inform me that tawteeq was no under my name! And then when I ask them clarification they ignore me! Issue with everything in the house maintinance does not exist! One day they get cross check by DST and they close all of the floor with the key in the houses!!!! So no one was able to get out! I call them to open as I was not feeling well no one answered! GUYS PLEASE STAY FAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Very bad experience . They didn’t not inform me that my contract was expiring, I ask them 2 weeks before it ends and guest what?! They increase my rent from 45k to 51k plus 4k of extra charges for contract renewal?! When I told them why they did not advise me 2 month in advance like by law they ignore me for 1 week!!! Until desperate as I was not able to find any house in the city, I text them asking details to pay. Thanks god I find some other house in the city in time! And I didn’t pay them!!! ONE MORE TIME STAY FAR!
