I decided not to use the service of the company.
I tried to use it twice but both times it was terrible experience.
First time once I booked the car, Indigo cars confirmed orally by phone, and promised to call back, while nobody called me, I took initiative and called them, once I reached them Indigo said the car is not available anymore. Don’t be silly, if they confirmed anything it means nothing.
Second time I booked the car via application, got the “final” price, then when I came to office the Indigo cars mentioned hidden in terms additional processing fee not so much but hidden. Then all you experience in home country means nothing for the Company, and you’ll be obligated to pay fortune in case of accident much more than in average network rent a car.
To summarise, I found the ‘service’ as try to fool you, and there are plenty companies with real ‘rentacar service’
