Avoid them at all costs. Prices are inflated, staff is incompetent, and customer service is nonexistent. I paid 650 AED to tint one door window on my BMW M4. Shortly after, I noticed a fiber under the tint and a scratch. They agreed to redo the job, which was the only positive part of the experience. After the second attempt, I found the door panel was wet, and the leather bubbled up. They assured me it was just water, but I recorded a video for evidence. Two weeks later, the leather had watermarks that didn’t disappear. After consulting several service centers, I was told the leather was permanently damaged and would need to be replaced. The cost to replace the door panel with an original part was 8,000 AED, and third-party services quoted 1,000 AED to replace the leather with similar material. I returned to VKool, and although they initially denied responsibility, my video evidence convinced them. The manager offered a 15% discount on their services—completely unacceptable. I requested compensation of 1,000 AED, which was a reasonable compromise. For two months, I tried to get compensation, but the manager was unresponsive. In December, he finally claimed to have approvals to pay for a third-party repair. I clarified that I wanted cash compensation, but the manager said that would require starting the process over and take more time. I had no choice but to agree, as I didn’t want to replace the leather with a non-original material. As of January 15, 2025, three months after the tint replacement, the manager has stopped responding. I still haven’t received any compensation, and they are completely ignoring me.
