BEWARE - I rented a car from DIVA car rental for 6 months. It is the worst car rental and worst customer service in Dubai. Cars are given in bad condition but they expect you to keep it in very good condition at our own expense. They are just waiting to deduct from your refundable deposit. Even after getting car cleaned from the cleaning company at the fuel station they try to to scam you by deducting 230 DH for cleaning. Also if your breaks down don't expect any help from them. They will not receive your call after 6 pm and you need to get it repaired/transported at your own expense. I am writing this review so that no one else should go through this.
