Very bad......I am also surprised how reputed ENBD signed with them. My Welcome box delivery date was 18.5.24...just delivery guy made a missed call at 5.08 pm but When i back call didn't attend.After all every day I Call customer care They reply next day today 22.5.24 still I didn't get.

Absolutely useless helpless employees. My bank card delivery was scheduled on Saturday, I’ve got an sms with confirmation at 07.30am. After waiting for several hours called them myself (wasted 16 minutes), and some helpless person has informed me they don’t see my address!!! And “promised” my card is going to be delivered on Monday. I leave on Monday!!! So instead of calling me for checking my address these useless people decided to do nothing. No calls, no mails, no sms. Zero. These is cultural thing. Half of India is working here by riding bikes and blindly following instructions (stupid ones as normal). Hire 2 guys from some other countries who can make a decision and explain the rest how to do the job!

Ужасный сервис, никогда не доставляют во время! Даже не надейтесь... Находится офис черт знает где, более того посылку могут не отдать если что то у них там будет не работать, в моем случае отпечаток пальца не считывания на их устройстве... В общем жесть друзья...

I wish I could give less than 1 star, one of the worst courier companies in UAE, they have my welcome package since 29th July, delivery was scheduled on 1st August didn't receive, I was assured delivery on 2nd or 3rd August, after repeated calls I was assured delivery onion 3rd but unfortunately didn't happen, I can't understand why reputed organisations hire such useless companies I guess to increase their profit they like to hire cheap companies
