One of worse service history of my life by staff name is SAM . I visit with my family today he was sleeping on chair once I'm entire to men's hair cut area . He was starts cutting but not neat @ all . I was asking reason why cutting like different shapes both my hair left & right side. The answer SAM has given me don't teach me how to cut and what is my problem. This is the answer I get from this staff . And hw refuse to continue to cut my hair I'm full of my t-shirt with hair and one side cut other side not cut . He SAM told to all staff don't help him to cut my hair hw ask me to go out . I went mall management I have been complain regards this staff . I am requesting from the mall management remove this type of staff from mall . I'm expecting management will take strick action regards the behavior of SAM . I need solution on this staff what action has been taken . Don't want to see this staff again that saloon
